it is patented- it detects by motion sensor, cameras, noise, radar detector , and infrared sensors at night - animals approaching a migration corridor on tge side of a roadway tge computer generated sensors detect, identify from size of skunk to size of moose animal wanting to cross tge roadway. the unit has within it tge radar detector to identify from all directions a motor vehicle in the proximity of 500 yards. in the event a vehicle is present a silent alarm engages projecting towards the animal. the silent alarm is at the frequency that an animal can hear and detect the alarm and will not proceed to cross. if no danger is present the animal can cross using the regular migration patterns. when the alarm sounds it disrupts their intent to continue to move in the direction forward it is moving. the product helps identify and warn the animal of danger enough to alleviate danger and once habituated to why the alarm sounds the ability to conform. less vehicle animal conflict. need is all over the country, usual market audience is department of transportation. possible interest from insurance companies that the product creates a safe solution to a common problem. interest has already been received from Colorado Dept of Transportation and Wyoming Dept of Transportation. i need to generate the prototype to be tested and accepted. once performing tgeory is proven effective. i need funding, and actual prototype built..with tge computer generated functionality for each piece to perform tge expected outcome. can you tackle this kind of request?
